Sundays

11:00am-12:15pm

All parents wish for their children to be happy. In an uncertain and busy world, children and parents need a place to go together to learn how to develop harmony, confidence and methods to help calm our minds and strengthen our families.

In this class, parents and children learn together about Buddha's most loving teachings. Each class has a short talk, gentle meditation, and arts and crafts activities to develop the important qualities of patience, respect for others, sharing and giving, and loving kindness. It is also a wonderful opportunity for parents to meet new spiritual friends.

Kids six and under must be accompanied by parent.

$5 per child
$5 for adults

Atisha's Advice

If you talk too much with little meaning you will make mistakes, therefore speak in moderation, only when necessary.
