 I am a beginner, which class should I attend?
Our Wednesday evening class at 7pm is a great introduction if you are new to meditation and buddhism. The class consists of a relaxation and breathing meditation, a talk on a particular aspect of Buddhism, a discussion and a concluding meditation.

How do I register for an event?
You can register for an event by emailing  meditateinto(at)gmail.com
Please include your name, phone number and the event you are attending.

Do I need to wear anything special to class?
No, you can wear regular, comfortable clothes. Ganden Center provides chairs and cushions to sit on.

What is an offering?
An offering is anything that delights the Buddhas. You can bring an offering for the shrine of candles, incense, food or flowers.

Why do the classes cost money?
Tushita Kadampa Buddhist Center is a non-profit organization and does not receive money from outside sources. All our support comes from class donations. Everyone who works at the Center is a volunteer and does not receive wages for their work.
