General Program
The General Program provides a basic
introduction to Buddhist view, meditation, and practice that is
suitable for beginners. It also includes advanced teachings and
practice from both Sutra and Tantra. These classes are designed to help
us solve our daily problems, and find real peace and happiness in our

The Four Noble Truths: The Foundation for Building Permanent Inner Peace

based on the book How To Solve Our Human Problems by Geshe Kelsang Gyatson

Sundays 11:00am - 12:15pm
Each class is self-contained and will include short prayers for world
peace, a guided meditation, a presentation of Buddhist thought and
discussion. ![]() Sundays 11:00am-12:15pm All parents wish for their children to be happy. In an uncertain and busy world, children and parents need a place to go together to learn how to develop harmony, confidence and methods to help calm our minds and strengthen our families. In this class, parents and children learn together about Buddha's most loving teachings. Each class has a short talk, gentle meditation, and arts and crafts activities to develop the important qualities of patience, respect for others, sharing and giving, and loving kindness. It is also a wonderful opportunity for parents to meet new spiritual friends.Kids six and under must be accompanied by parent. |
